Requirements to join the Kate Cares team are:

Experience in caring for the elderly,  childern or general housekeeping
A current First Aid Certificate
Written and verbal references
A current driver's license and a vehicle is an advantage
Obtain a police check
Clearance following a Working With Children Check
You would of course have great communication and people skills.
